Our Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Dear Valued Customer,
These are unprecedented times that almost none of us could have ever imagined going through. We are certain that together we can overcome this chaotic moment in history. As we responsibly continue to provide cleaning services, we would like to assure our customers that we are following and practicing all the recommendations and guidelines provided by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) to prevent the spread to the Coronavirus.
Therefore, to ensure the safety of our customers as well as our employees we would like to share the some of the actions and precautions that we are taking:
- We are asking our crew to sanitize all the cleaning equipment and materials before entering and after leaving each home. (You are welcomed to provide your own cleaning materials and equipment)
- We have advised our employees to follow the public health authorities and guidance regarding hygiene such as, frequently washing hands, maintaining a safe distance of at least 6 feet from others, and avoiding touching eyes, nose and or mouth.
- We are now using disinfectant and cleaning products more effective against the novel coronavirus and other pathogens such as SARS, Norovirus, Influenza, MRSA and Salmonella.
- We are also requiring that all employees who exhibit any flu-like symptoms stay home and consult with a medical professional immediately.
Preventing Coronavirus
At this time, the differing parts of the U.S. are experiencing different levels of novel coronavirus activity and everyone needs to be prepared. Targeted hygiene practices can go a long way to help keeping families safe. Following product use and safety information is critical in this regard. It is especially important now to make sure cleaning and hygiene precautions are not just being done, but being done correctly, to ensure effectiveness.
